- Students must arrive by 8:30 am (or earlier) to make sure they are present when the bus leaves.
- Students who arrive past 8:35 am may miss the bus. Parents will then be required to drive them to the venue, or take them home.
- Students will be picked up from the Winston campus at 3:30 pm, as usual.
- Families who reside in San Francisco may allow their child to meet at the venue, email the office to coordinate.
- Students should bring a packed lunch and reusable water bottle to carry with them.
