Why Winston Online

Winston Online is a fully online program for students through 12th grade with learning differences. Our transformational program uses the proven research-based Continuous Feedback model. This allows us to offer the best and most engaging online learning program for students with dyslexia, ADHD, and NVLD.
 
A Winston Online education provides intense academic skill remediation while focusing on the development of critical skills that lead to independence. Specifically, our online school builds resilience, responsibility, self-awareness, and self-advocacy skills. These skills serve our Winston Online students in and out of the classroom, preparing them for a lifetime of success.
Once enrolled, students become part of classroom groups. Even online, they’ll have opportunities to socialize and interact with their peers. Our students also meet with a dedicated focus teacher five times per week to receive the individualized remediation they need to succeed. This model keeps students socially and emotionally engaged while ensuring we meet their unique academic and skill-based needs.

    Our program begins with a deep understanding of each student. This allows our expert faculty to individualize a program to meet their needs. Our small class sizes and commitment to meaningful assessment allow us to continually refine each student’s program. It has been an honor to assist them on their journey of achieving social and academic independence. Today, we’re proud to be one of the best online schools for dyslexia and other learning differences.

    I like that at Winston Online, my classes are small groups which helps me think better and my favorite thing about Winston Online is I can learn better. The other students are flexible and always listening to the teachers and the teachers are also flexible and always help me learn. I like being in an online school because it is not noisy and I can focus.
