Summer Program for Students Ages 17-21+

The Transitions NYC Summer Learning Program is an extension our Transitions Program, specifically designed to support young adult students with learning differences. This program focuses on strengthening academic skills, promoting social-emotional growth, and developing personalized goals. Keep your child engaged over the summer while equipping them with the tools they need to achieve real-world success.
